Every plan includes the API, webhooks, the live event stream and the MCP server. Plans differ in how many inboxes you run, how much mail they handle, and how long it is kept.

Every message an inbox sends or receives counts once toward your monthly total.
By default we stop the activity that would go over it, so you are never billed for overage you didn't ask for. On paid plans you can turn on overage billing in the dashboard; extra usage is then billed at the add-on rates.
New accounts start with lower per-message and burst limits that rise with a clean sending history. This protects deliverability for every customer. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Yes. Annual billing on paid plans gets you two months free.
No. Prices are in US dollars, and we add GST/HST and other sales taxes where we are required to.
We give at least 30 days' notice of a price increase, and it applies from your next renewal. Billing terms are in section 10 of the Terms.
